Please read the instructions before proceeding to paypal order page at bottom.
Step 1. Add item to paypal cart.
Step 2. Enter each additional item to cart as desired as in step 1.
Step 3. Obtain subtotal from paypal page for items entered in cart
Step 4. If ordering in the US and Canada Calculate shipping rate for order subtotal based on range in table (table is displayed on orderpage) and destination. If ordering for Overseas then email Gail at the address in the rate table for a quote on shipping rates before proceeding.
Step 5. Enter shipping rate from table into orderpage shipping field and add it to the cart
Step 6. Ensure shipping is added to cart on paypal page before proceeding to checkout
Step 7. When ready proceed to checkout.
